These Terms govern

• the use of the DentHire web application, and
• any other related Agreement or legal relationship with the Owner

in a legally binding way. Capitalized words are defined in the relevant dedicated section of this document. The User must read this document carefully.

Some provisions in these Terms may only apply to certain categories of Users (e.g. Consumers or Business Users). Such limitations are always explicitly mentioned. In the absence of any such mention, clauses apply to all Users.

Unless otherwise specified, the terms of use detailed in this section apply generally when using the DentHire web application. By using this service, Users confirm the following:

• There are no restrictions for Users in terms of being Consumers or Business Users;
• Users must be recognized as adults by applicable law.

To use the Service, Users must register and provide all required data in a complete and truthful manner. Users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials and agree to be fully responsible for all activities under their account. Users must immediately notify DentHire if they believe their credentials have been compromised.

Users can terminate their account at any time by contacting DentHire at the provided contact email.

DentHire reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts at its discretion if accounts are deemed inappropriate, offensive, or in violation of these Terms. Users are not entitled to compensation for suspension or deletion of their accounts.

Unless otherwise specified, all content available on the DentHire web application is owned or provided by the Owner or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, or use content in ways not authorized by these Terms.

Users are responsible for the content they upload or share on DentHire. By uploading content, Users confirm they have the right to do so and grant DentHire a license to use the content solely for operating and improving the Service.

Through the DentHire web application, Users may access external resources provided by third parties (e.g., embedded widgets, booking systems). Users acknowledge and accept that DentHire has no control over such resources and is not responsible for their availability or content.

Users agree not to use the DentHire web application for purposes that are unlawful, harmful, or that may damage, disable, or impair the service. Misuse may result in suspension or deletion of accounts.

Any software provided as part of the Service is licensed, not sold. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the software strictly in accordance with these Terms.

Users accessing DentHire through an API must comply with all usage limits and restrictions set by the Owner. Abuse of the API may result in suspension of access.

Certain services offered by DentHire may require payment. All fees, charges, and payment terms will be disclosed before purchase. By making a payment, Users agree to the applicable pricing and billing terms.

DentHire offers both one-time payments for 30-day job posts and a recurring Premium Subscription billed monthly. A free trial period may be included with subscription plans, and the length or availability of the trial is subject to change at any time.

All prices, including job post fees and subscription rates, are subject to change. For subscription plans, DentHire will provide at least 30 days’ notice before any price changes take effect.

Subscription billing: Premium subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis to the payment method the User provides at checkout. Subscription charges will continue until the User cancels their plan.

Free trials: From time to time, DentHire may offer free trial periods for subscription plans. Trial availability and duration may change at any time. At the end of the trial, the User’s subscription will automatically convert to a paid monthly plan unless canceled before the trial ends.

Cancellation: Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their Clinic Settings page. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation must be completed before the renewal date. DentHire is not responsible for charges resulting from a User’s failure to cancel on time.

Refunds: Refunds may be issued at DentHire’s discretion. When a refund is granted, DentHire reserves the right to deduct any applicable payment processing fees (such as Stripe fees) from the refunded amount.

Changes to pricing: DentHire may change pricing, fees, or billing terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes in advance when required by law.

Users agree to hold DentHire harmless from and against any claims or demands arising from their improper use of the Service or violation of these Terms. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DentHire shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

• No Waiver: Failure by DentHire to enforce a provision does not constitute a waiver of any right.
• Severability: If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain enforceable.
• Assignment: Users may not assign their rights without prior written consent. DentHire may assign rights without restriction.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Users agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Edmonton, Alberta.

In the event of a dispute, Users agree to first attempt resolution informally by contacting DentHire. If not resolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration unless prohibited by law, in which case the courts of Edmonton, Alberta shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

• Application / Service: The DentHire web application operated by DentHire Inc.
• User: Any person using the Service.
• Consumer: Any User qualifying as a consumer under applicable law.
• Owner / We / Us: DentHire Inc., provider of the Service.
